I have known Karrie since the mid 1980s. After years of trying to reach my fitness goals on my own and either achieving them for a short period of time, or not making any progress at all, I reached out to Karrie when I learned she was a professional, credentialed fitness trainer. Immediately, Karrie told me that her approach would be to focus on nutrition first, weights second. By working with Karrie, I learned how much nutrition, proper food choices and quantities, vs an unbalanced diet can sabotage our efforts to achieve our fitness goals.

A key component of the value of Karrie’s coaching comes in the form of frequent, personalized support. Karrie checks in with me via text several times a week and also in a weekly phone call. Once a month we meet up in person. We talk nutrition, with an emphasis on how am I doing on my protein. Through our check-ins, Karrie also keeps me accountable on making sure I am doing my workout routine, based on five different exercises that make up a full body workout.

Karrie is dedicated to her clients and cares about their long-term success in reaching their fitness goals. In January of this year, I began a three month program with Karrie.
